CARA PENYIMPANAN
Simpan di tempat yang sejuk dan kering. Simpan di peti sejuk selepas penutup dibuka.

Products sold are guaranteed to be fresh upon delivery. If there is any quality issue with the delivered product, please provide photos/videos of the said item together with the packaging and send it to us within 24 hours upon product receive.

The returned product will be check and it should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Ah Cheng Rasa reserves the right to limit or decline a refund.
Once we have checked and confirmed the products, customer will receive an exchange within 4 working days after the confirmation. The refund process may take up to 14 working days.
