Q: Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to the whole Malaysia. Except for Xpress series food. Which ONLY able to deliver to peninsular Malaysia at this moment.

SYIOK & SYIOK GILER Series

West Malaysia : RM 5 

East Malaysia : RM 7

Free Shipping for purchase more than RM100. 

Xpress Series (Frozen)

KL & Selangor : RM 25

Other State : RM30

Kelantan & Terengganu : RM 40

Free Shipping for purchase more than RM300. 

Note: Xpress Series is not available to ship to East Malaysia at the moments. 

Q: When will the order be delivered?

Our products are made freshly, please allow us 1 – 4 working days to process the order.

Our delivery schedule: Monday - Saturday. Delivery date and time is subject to our delivery partner's arrangement.

Q: Can I pick up the order myself?

Yes, you can select 'Pickup From Store' for the shipping method. We will inform 1 day prior via email when the order is ready for pick up.

Please allow us 2 – 3 working days to process the order. Strictly no urgent orders.

Q: What if the product packaging spoil during delivery?

Don’t Worry, we got you cover for this. We will replace it to you after you submit all the evidence in 24 hours to us.
